How to Set Up MFA

Starting in February, Multifactor authentication (MFA) will be required for InsideBC. You can get a head start and opt in now.

MFA Facts

  • This will be required to sign in to InsideBC and your Bakersfield College email when you are off campus.
  • The added security step is to keep your account safe.
  • Set up once, after that, just confirm it's you by responding to a notification, app prompt, text, or call.
  • You pick the method, but you can change it any time you wish.
