Faculty: Information on Test Accommodations

This information is provided for faculty of Bakersfield College who have student(s) that request test accommodations.

• If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to the Testing Center staff at accomdesk@bakersfieldcollege.edu.
• Should you need any assistance with adjusting the extended time on CANVAS, contact Renee Visaya, Educational Media Design Specialist, at renee.visaya@bakersfiedcollege.edu.

Procedure for Faculty Completing the Instructor's Portion of the Test Accommodations Form

1. Please check your email for a form stack email indicating a student requesting Test Accommodations.
   1. Subject line will read: Your student requested Test Accommodation
2. A link will be provided in the email body which will direct you to the form for you, as the instructor, to fill out>
3. Once filled out, it will be sent to the Testing Center to accurately make the student's appointment for their accommodations.
   1. Please make sure to fill out the form with accurate and needed information.
