Legal Services
Bakersfield College serves as a hub for the California Community College Immigration Legal Services project. The AB540/Undocumented Student Programs and United Farm Workers Foundation continue to work collaboratively, made possible by, to provide FREE Immigration Legal Services for Bakersfield College students, staff, and faculty. Services include immigration consultations, guidance on DACA initial applications and renewals, citizenship, family petitions, FBI and background checks, adjustment of status, visas and more! In light of the pandemic, all appointments and services are provided remotely.
