Our support includes:
- Helping you enroll at BC and registering for classes
- Advising you on an education plan to meet your goals
- Job readiness and professional development opportunities
- Connecting you to resources
- Assisting with foreign degree transfers
- Technology support, DSPS accommodations, and tutoring
- Textbooks and materials (contingent on funding)

Student Outreach and Academic Re-engagement (SOAR) provides out-of-school youth (ages
18-24) a pathway to self-sufficiency and livable wages.
Tuition-free certificates for learning new skills and improving your opportunities
for employment.
