Third Party Comments
Bakersfield College submitted our Institution Self-Evaluation Report (ISER) in Fall 2024. The next step is having an evaluation team review our ISER and visit our campus in the Fall of 2025. The campus, community and public may submit third-party comments relating to the compliance with Eligibility Requirements, Accreditation Standards, or Commission Policy to the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC).
You are invited to submit comments to the ACCJC. A third-party comment may be submitted to ACCJC at any time. To ensure evaluation by the 2025 external evaluation team, third-party comments must have been received no later than five weeks before the evaluation team visit in Fall 2025.
Submitting a Third-party Comment
Submissions in writing, must be signed and include:
- Name of Third Party
- Phone Number
- Return Address
- Date of Letter
- Name of Institution
- Affiliation with or relationship to the Institution
- Comment on quality, effectiveness, etc.
- Evidence upon which you base your comment
