Steps to Request a Loan Deferment

1. Go to Manage Loans
2. Click “View My Account”
3. Create a FSA ID or Log into your existing FSA account
4. Review the “Privacy Information”
5. Confirm your personal information, if requested
6. Click on your name top right
7. Under Personal Information click on “My Enrollment”
8. Review “My Enrollment”
9. Click on “Add Enrollment to request an In-School Deferment”
10. Enter School Details
    1. College location: California
    2. OPE ID #: 00111800
    3. Enrollment Start Date
    4. Add School
    5. Submit Request
