Color Printing Request

All color printing requires a billable account (FOAPAL/GUI/FOUNDATION). If you do not have your printing account number, please reach out to your superior for approval.

Orders can be picked up in the Print Shop, located in the M&O Building, 48 working hours after they are received. Large orders are based on current workload. Specialty items subject to availability.

All files MUST BE print ready:

• Sized correctly to the requested print size
• If cutting is required, be sure to include FULL BLEED CROP MARKS

The Print Shop does not manipulate any files. If you require multiple on a sheet or any corrections, please do so before submitting for print.

Copyrighted material will not be reproduced without written authorization from the publisher. All color requests are required to follow the Logo and Brand Guidelines. Graphic design is offered at no cost to ensure print ready set up, proper branding placement, and a professional product. Fill out the Graphic Design Request Form to request support from the Graphics team.
