Sexual Misconduct Reporting Intake Form

This form should be used to report concerns pertaining to or possible violations of the KCCD Equal Employment Opportunity and Unlawful Discrimination Policy (KCCD Board Policy 7D) such as sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, or sexual intimidation. You can also visit the Sexual Misconduct and Title IX website for more information.

Formal Complaint Under Title IX

Title IX is a law that intends to protect people from discrimination based on sex in education programs or activities that receive Federal financial assistance. The law requires that a complainant who is alleging sexual harassment submit a formal complaint in order to initiate the grievance process.

Title IX Coordinator

Bakersfield College's Title IX Coordinator and Deputy Title IX Coordinator, as listed below, are responsible for ensuring compliance with Title IX standards. These responsibilities include preventing sexual misconduct through education and training, and overseeing grievance protocol. Reports regarding any form of sexual misconduct can also be made to the Title IX Coordinator or to the Deputy Title IX Coordinator. All concerns and complaints will be taken seriously and addressed promptly.
