Student Government Legislation
BCSGA Legislations
All legislation (bills or resolutions) that affect a change in BCSGA within the powers of its Branches will be presented here for the public to review. Legislations are created and moved upon by one of the BCSGA entities. All legislations do not become enacted until the piece of legislation is passed by the BCSGA Senate or, in most cases, approved by one of the Executive Branch entities. Once a bill has been approved, it replaces the existing or adds to the current governing documents.
- BCSGA Bill
- Any piece of legislation that creates or affects a change in the law within the legislative powers of the Senate.
- BCSGA Resolution
- Any piece of legislation pertaining to the voice of the student body, including but is not limited to, making suggestions, recommendations, or commendations.
