- Substitutions can be made when a team is in control of the frisbee, during a time out, or during a transition after a score.
- Each team is allowed 1 timeout.
- When a team scores, the scoring team stays where they scored and the other team switches to the other end of the field.

- The frisbee is advanced with flight (the frisbee can be thrown in any direction on the field) and is in the possession of the throwing team until it is dropped, intercepted or scores. When the frisbee is intercepted or hits the ground, the opposing team takes control and begins immediately attempting to score.
- Players cannot run with the frisbee. One step is allowed after catching the frisbee then the frisbee must be thrown from a stationary position.
- It is legal to guard the players but not touch. When guarding the player throwing the frisbee, a 1’ space must be allowed.
- The winning team is the team with the most scores (each score is 1 point) at the end of the game. If there is no winner, a tie will be called and counted as ½ a win.
