Find What You're Looking for at BC’s Welcome Center

The Welcome Center is the newest building on the BC campus which opened in summer of 2023. It operates as a one stop shop for students' educational needs, providing an array of services including admissions, financial aid services, business services, and computers for students needing assistance adding courses or printing a parking pass.

Upon entering you will be greeted by a student staff member who will help you based upon your current needs. Most often, you will be directed to the small devices near the back. These devices will ask you to input your BCID before selecting what you are looking for.

The two options given are:

• Financial Aid
• Admissions

Then, following the selection of either of those services, there will be a list of multiple options including setting a Financial Aid appointment, award questions, workshops, or admissions support like student records or fees. 

Services are also available in our online Student Information Desk (SID) which is a Zoom lobby where you can get connected to a BC staff who can help you find the info you’re looking for. 

Back in the Welcome Center, another service located toward the left side of the building is Business Services where students can pay for classes, fees, or ask about charges.

Aside from the educational services, students are more than welcome to utilize the seating area to take a break between classes, enjoy a meal or catch up with friends. 

The Welcome Center is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM and Fridays from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
