Grad Fair 2025

Bakersfield College Graduates! We are excited to announce the dates for Grad Fair 2025! Grad Fair starts this week and will have several dates at multiple locations for students to get what they need for Commencement 2025.
The BC Bookstore hosts this event each Spring and brings together vendors to help you prepare for the big day. You will find everything you need in one place including regalia (cap, gown, sash, and tassel), invitations, class rings, and professional portraits by Ultimate Exposures. Please read the Regalia Requirements Section on the Grad Fair webpage.
For Grad Fair portraits, please schedule an appointment through the Ultimate Exposures RSVP page, click ‘Graduation Portraits’, click ‘Bakersfield College’, and select location to pick a date and time that works for you.
Grad Fair Dates and Locations:
- Tuesday, April 8: Main Campus, BC Bookstore, 9:00AM-5:00PM
- Wednesday, April 9: Main Campus, BC Bookstore, 9:00AM-5:00PM
- Monday, April 14: BC SouthWest (9400 Camino Media), 9:00AM-5:00PM
- Tuesday, April 15: Main Campus, BC Bookstore, 9:00AM-7:00PM
- Wednesday, April 16: Main Campus, BC Bookstore, 9:00AM-7:00PM
- Thursday, April 17: BC Delano Campus (1450 Timmons Ave.), 9:00AM-5:00PM

Congratulations graduates! We can't wait to celebrate with you at BC's 111th Commencement Ceremony on Friday, May 16 at 7:00PM at Memorial Stadium!
Do you qualify to participate in the graduation celebration this year?
If you are not sure if you are ready to graduate and have not yet submitted your graduation petition, please visit the Student Information Desk to speak to an advisor. If your petition has not been processed yet, do not sweat it. There is a team working hard behind the scenes to accurately check every petition. You will hear from them soon!
