Bakersfield College Receives First Electric Vehicle Charging Station Provided by Grant Funded By Kern COG

Bakersfield College is thrilled to announce the installation of the first of four off-grid electric vehicle charging stations, known as the EVEN Recharge Hub, as part of a groundbreaking initiative funded by the Kern Council of Governments (Kern COG). The EVEN Recharge Hub is a cutting-edge electric vehicle charging station that is designed to operate entirely off the grid, reducing its environmental footprint and enabling efficient, eco-friendly charging for up to four electric vehicles.
