Biography

With nearly two decades of supply chain management experience at major multinational corporations, Steven has partnered with CEOs and COOs to tackle complex global supply chain challenges. He has led large-scale projects across the United States, Asia, and Latin America, gaining extensive international business operations experience in the context of global supply chain management.

As an Associate Professor of Business and Logistics, Steven is committed to equipping the next generation of leaders with the tools and global perspectives necessary to thrive in today's interconnected business landscape. He holds an MBA from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, where he also taught core, first-year MBA students as a Graduate Student Instructor in Leadership Communications.

Steven is a peer reviewer for the California Management Review and has successfully written grants that have brought $3 million in federal and state funds to the Kern County area for clean energy supply chain and workforce development projects. His areas of specialization include developing future business and logistics leaders, cross-cultural leadership, organizational change management, and green and circular supply chains.
