City of Bakersfield Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Technical Assistance and Grant Program
At this time, the Entrepreneurship Technical Grant Program – Phase 1 has CLOSED with the City of Bakersfield. However, we are excited about future opportunities to continue supporting our small businesses and will be launching a City of Bakersfield 2.0 grant program early next year. Businesses located within City limits and in a Qualified Census Tract may be eligible for grants of $2,500, $5,000 or $20,000. Grant funding may be used for payroll and benefits, utilities, mortgage or rent payments, license or permit fees, expansion costs, operating expenses, and more
