Anna Agenjo is a Bakersfield native and received an associate degree from
Bakersfield College before going on to earn a bachelor's degree in political science from
Pomona College and a master's in library science from Catholic University in Washington,
D.C. She was a law librarian until 1991 when she joined the Bakersfield College staff. She
was elected Library Director in 1998.
