Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers - .5
m An initial or retraining course in Basic Life Support that provides basic knowledge and skills of Basic Life Support and AED use for victims of all ages. Skills learned will enable students to recognize emergencies and how to respond to them. At the end of the course, the successful student will qualify for an American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS card. Hours: 9. Repeat: As needed for recertification. CCS: Occupational Education. Offered: F,S. SS. Not Transferable: Associate Degree only
