Medical-Surgical Nursing IV Laboratory - 2.5

VNRS B95LV is the laboratory course which is correlated with the corresponding medical surgical course in the vocational nursing program. Focus is team leading, time management in caring for 2 clients, providing medications to a group of clients and improving on skills learned in Medical Surgical Nursing III. Also covers the utilization of intermediate assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation under clinical supervision. Prerequisites: Appropriate standing in the VN program and concurrent enrollment in VNRS B95. Hours: 135 lab. CCS: Occupational Education. Not Transferable: Associate Degree only.
