Concepts and Applications of Music Technology - 3-3

A hands-on study of technology as it relates to music. Includes discussion of MIDI computer applications, notation, sequencing, synthesis, digital and analog recording and mixing. Prerequisite: B60a: MUSC B2 or evaluation of basic music skills by instructor; concurrent enrollment in MUSC B230a or b. B60b: MUSC B60a and concurrent enrollment in MUSC B230a or b.
