The Real Estate courses offered are recognized by the State of California and accepted as prereuisites for the students to sit for their licensing examinations. These courses are also available for continuing education credits. Upon completion of these courses, the students will have the knowledge to allow them to comply with real estate practice standards imposed by the Real Estate License Law and Commission rules for the State of California. Students have the option of completing certificate and/or two-year degree programs.
This certificate is approved by and operated in cooperation with the California Department of Real Estate and the California Association of Realtors.
Upon completion of the courses with at least a “C”
grade in each course, a student will be awarded a Real Estate Certificate of Achievement.
