On Tuesday, October 16 , Gerald Haslam, well-known writer about the valley and author of a new biography of S.I. Hayakawa, In Thought and Action, will give two presentations on “Language and Politics.”   The presentations will be in the Center, the morning one at 10 a.m., the evening one at 7 p.m.   Both presentations are for our campus and are open to the public.
